Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Hive Link, including our website, dashboard, public profiles, links, subscriber tools, analytics, and related services.
By creating an account, publishing a profile, managing links, subscribing to paid features, or otherwise using Hive Link, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Hive Link
Hive Link is a link-in-bio platform operated as part of the 212 Hive ecosystem from Morocco. Hive Link is currently operated by Imad Atyat-Allah.
Hive Link helps creators, entrepreneurs, businesses, and individuals create public profile pages for links, social profiles, content, contact options, subscriber capture, and online destinations.
Hive Link may include:
- User dashboards, organizations, and public profile pages.
- Custom links, social links, link groups, headers, featured links, thumbnails, icons, and profile customization.
- SEO settings, Open Graph previews, QR codes, sharing tools, analytics, optional Google Analytics configuration, and media uploads.
- Music and map previews, protected links, password gates, age gates, sensitive content notices, newsletter-required access, and subscriber verification tools.
These Terms apply to Hive Link only unless another 212 Hive product or agreement says otherwise. They are product terms, not legal advice.
2. Who Can Use Hive Link
You may use Hive Link only if you:
- Are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Use the platform for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Comply with these Terms, our policies, third-party platform rules, and applicable laws.
If you use Hive Link on behalf of a business, organization, brand, creator, or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that party.
3. Your Account and Security
To use certain features, you must create an account and may need to verify your email address or phone number.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login information secure.
- All activity under your account, organization, and profiles.
- Providing accurate account, profile, organization, and contact information.
- Updating your information when it changes.
- Not sharing access with unauthorized people.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Your Profile and Public Content
Users can create and manage public Hive Link profiles. You are responsible for all profile names, handles, bios, images, links, social profiles, thumbnails, previews, claims, offers, subscriber prompts, and other information displayed on or through your profile.
Your profile content must not:
- Be false, misleading, deceptive, or impersonating another person, business, brand, or organization without permission.
- Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, intellectual property right, privacy right, or platform rule.
- Contain illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, fraudulent, or unsafe content.
- Promote scams, phishing, spam, malware, unauthorized data collection, or deceptive traffic practices.
- Mislead visitors about identity, pricing, offers, availability, affiliation, ownership, age suitability, or content sensitivity.
We may remove, restrict, hide, or disable profile content if we believe it violates these Terms, our policies, third-party platform requirements, or applicable law.
5. Link, Subscriber, and Protection Features
Hive Link provides tools for links, social links, link groups, music previews, map previews, QR codes, subscriber capture, and protected content. These tools do not make us responsible for your content, destinations, visitors, subscribers, or business activity.
You are responsible for:
- The websites, apps, forms, music services, map locations, stores, communities, payment pages, and other destinations you link to.
- Having rights to use uploaded images, logos, thumbnails, icons, names, URLs, metadata, and other content.
- Using subscriber emails lawfully and sending communications only when you have a valid basis to do so.
- Configuring password gates, age gates, sensitive content notices, and newsletter-required access accurately and lawfully.
- Not using protection features to hide illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or prohibited content.
Password, age, sensitive-content, and newsletter gates are lightweight access controls. They are not a guarantee that content will be private, age-verified, legally compliant, or inaccessible to all unintended visitors.
6. Analytics, QR Codes, and Integrations
Hive Link may provide analytics for profile views, link clicks, social link clicks, QR scans, traffic, and other usage. Analytics are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, blocked, or affected by visitors' devices, browsers, privacy settings, network conditions, and third-party services.
If you add a Google Analytics ID or use other third-party integrations, you are responsible for complying with the third party's terms, privacy requirements, notice requirements, and applicable laws.
QR codes and shared URLs may be scanned, copied, forwarded, screenshotted, indexed, or visited by people you did not directly send them to.
7. Third-Party Services and External Transactions
Hive Link allows users to link to third-party websites, social media profiles, messaging apps, music services, maps, stores, checkout pages, payment pages, booking tools, donation pages, forms, communities, and other external services.
Visitors who click links from a Hive Link profile may be taken to third-party services. Those services are not controlled by Hive Link and may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, rules, risks, and availability.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, any payment, purchase, booking, donation, subscription, conversation, or transaction made outside Hive Link is handled directly between the user, visitor, and the relevant third-party service.
Hive Link is not responsible for third-party websites, services, products, payments, refunds, chargebacks, delivery issues, disputes, content, availability, security, or actions.
8. Fees and Paid Features
Some Hive Link features may be free, paid, or available under a subscription plan. Pricing, billing cycles, included features, usage limits, or platform fees may be shown on our website, dashboard, or in a separate agreement.
If you subscribe to a paid plan or use paid features, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, plans may renew automatically, and you are responsible for taxes or charges related to your use of the platform.
If payment for a paid plan or feature fails, we may suspend, downgrade, or limit access to paid features.
9. Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not use Hive Link to publish, promote, link to, collect data for, or facilitate:
- Illegal products, services, content, or activities.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, spyware, spam, or unauthorized mass messaging.
- Counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, regulated, or restricted goods without proper authorization.

You must not use Hive Link to collect sensitive data, credentials, payment details, or personal information in a deceptive, unlawful, or unsafe way.
12. Platform Availability and Changes
We work to keep Hive Link available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Hive Link is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hive Link and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, linked destinations, external transactions, user content, visitor activity, outages, analytics errors, or unauthorized access.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify users through the platform, by email, or by posting an updated version on our website.
Your continued use of Hive Link after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
